Sealed bids
Nobody sees your bid. Maximum labour bids today: like-for-like £750, moves and longer flues £1,050, conversions to combi £1,800.
Paid after sign-off
The customer pays Trades Express before the install. You get your bid plus extras labour, less a 1% platform fee, the day after the customer signs off. Nothing is held back.
No pricing at the door
Do the survey in the app. The customer gets a fixed-price quote from us, with any extras you found shown with your photo.
Your free profile
Reviews from verified jobs, invited reviews from your past customers, and a share link. Customers who come through your own link pay no requested engineer fee.
You'll need Gas Safe registration, photo ID, £2 million public liability insurance and a bank account for payouts through Stripe.
